Rob Rowe Bowen Technique
A light touch therapy with particularly good results for backache, neck, shoulder problems.
The Bowen Technique is a gentle form of hands-on healing. It consists of a series of light moves made over specific muscles and soft tissue, with rests in between. People are often surprised at the effect that this can have for such a minimal treatment.
A treatment lasts about 45-60 minutes, usually with the client lying on the couch, and usually carried out through light clothing.
I have had particular success working with backs and necks, joint problems such as tennis elbow, frozen shoulder, ankle and knee injuries. Respiratory conditions, migraine and RSI (repetitive strain injury) have also responded well.
It is suitable for men, women and children of all ages.
